Cinemalaya 2009
The impressive rain brought by this season failed to stop the hardcore movie-goers who were at the height of their itching career to take a plunge at the ocean of independent films. Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival brought people from different walks of life into one hub (Cultural Center of the Philippines) to usher the very best of indie films fresh under its belt. Running from July 17-26, 2009, Cinemalaya Cinco showcased 20 full-length and shorts films competing to win the hearts of the hungry hippos. All roads lead to BIG small film festival – Cinemalaya Cinco

Eureka! My second year of throwing down piles of indie films on my stomach really made me froth at the mouth. Beware! Over dosage really kills.
